Kage get 20 jutsu
special jounin get 15 jutsu
jounin get 10 jutsu
chuunin get 8 jutsu
genin get 5 jutsu
Character posts must look like this:
Name: Your name
Village: Your village (Must apply first or leave it blank and fill it in when you get one)
Rank: Genin
Appearence: a discription is nice, but a picture is worth 1k words (or more if there are words in there)
Equiment: You start with none
Jutsus: None for you!
stats: (On a scale from 1-10, 10 being the highest. You can only have a 9-10 on one, the rest must be from 1-7 when you start)
